Great stay, Charles made it even better!

I stayed for 2 nights and must say Charles at the front desk is amazing! He’s super friendly and really made me feel welcome. The room was decent, but the AC wasn’t working great, which was kinda a drag. No breakfast served either, which was promised. However, the location was nice and easy to get to the Galleria!

i enjoyed my stay at extended stay, the location is perfect for exploring the area. the kitchenette allowed me to prepare my own meals, which was a big plus. the staff were friendly and really stood out during my visit. overall, it’s a great spot to relax and unwind.

The check-in process was frustrating, taking over an hour late at night due to issues at the front desk. I was exhausted by the time I got to my room and only managed three hours of sleep, which ruined my day. While the clean facility is a plus and the location is convenient for visiting local attractions, the lack of responsiveness from staff during check-in was disappointing.

The room was decent but needed a lot of cleaning. Bathtub had stains and a hole in the sink was annoying. No waste basket anywhere, so trash was piled up outside doors, and the hall had trash too. Overall, it felt really neglected. Definitely not the best stay.
